Terms of service

These terms cover hardware and hosted capacity supplied by HardInf Ltd to UK businesses. If you sign a separate agreement with us, that agreement applies instead.

Prices

Prices on this site are a guide. They exclude VAT and are confirmed in writing before you order.

Hardware

Desktop and rack hardware is sold outright. Title passes when we are paid in full.

Software

The AI models we install are open source and come under their own licences. Our setup and management tools are licensed to you for use on the machines we deploy.

Support

Business-hours support on desktop and cloud. Round-the-clock support on rack deployments. Faulty hardware is replaced the next working day.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not responsible for decisions made from AI output; a person should always check it.

Law

English law applies, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@hardinf.com.
