HardInf Ltd is registered in England and Wales. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, email, company and message. Our hosting provider also keeps basic server logs, such as IP address and the page requested, for two weeks.

We set no advertising cookies and run no analytics.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry. Nothing else.

How long we keep it

For 24 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, in the UK. We do not sell your details, and we do not send them outside the country.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@hardinf.com. If we do not put it right, you can complain to the ICO.

Your documents

Anything you run on a HardInf system stays on machines you control. We never receive, copy or store it.
